YEN TU PAGODA 7 HOURS

08:00 – Car pick you up from a hotel in Halong. Transfer to Yen Tu Mountain.

09:00 – Arrive at Yen Tu Mountain, a tour guide welcomes you at Lan Pagoda - Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen Monastery. You will admire Main Hall, Patriarch House, Meditation Hall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Arhat Hall...

10:15 – Keep going to Yen Tu Mountain. Visit Giai Oan Stream and listen to the inspirational stories about Imperial Concubines. Continue to visit Giai Oan Pagoda where the number of Holy Mother’s statues is highest at Yen Tu Mountain.

11:15 – Have lunch at Tung Lam restaurant. You enjoy nutritious and featured cuisine and mingle with the magical sounds bouncing from Yen Tu Mountain.

12:15 – You go up to the mountain by cable car to visit Hue Quang Towers (Ancient Tower Garden) – the ancestor towers that worship the imperial-blood of Tran that had dedicated themselves to the Buddha and reached the enlightenment in this solemn area. You pass over Day Dieu ramp to visit Hoa Yen Pagoda, where the King Tran Nhan Tong used to preach, and then visit Mot Mai (One-roof) Pagoda.

13:30 – You still go up by cable car to visit An Ky Sinh stone statue, especially the statue of Buddha Emperor Tran Nhan Tong with 138 tons in weight, which is the largest bronze Buddha statue ever built being situated in the mountain in Vietnam.

13:45 – You climb up to Dong Pagoda located at the altitude of 1,068m and enjoy a spectacular view of Yen Tu Mountain.

15:30 – Back to the mountain foot.

16:30 – Tour guide says goodbye. Car transfers you back to the hotel.

17:30 – Arrive at the hotel. End of the tour.
